One jawan injured as IED planted by Naxals explodes in Chhattisgarh’s Sukma

A District Reserve Guard (DRG) jawan was injured in an explosion caused by a pressure improvised explosive device (IED) planted by Naxals in Sukma district, Chhattisgarh, on Sunday. The blast occurred between Raigudem and Tumalpad areas, although further details about the incident are yet to be provided.

This explosion follows a major security operation earlier in the week, in which a clash between DRG forces and Naxals resulted in the death of 10 Naxal militants.
