Aaditya Thackeray shares his vision for Mumbai’s future and his re-election plan

In a recent interview with Mid-Day, Aaditya Thackeray, the MLA from Worli and former Guardian Minister for Mumbai’s suburbs, shared his ambitions to address the city’s traffic and congestion issues. He spoke of specific plans to improve the quality of life in Mumbai, such as increasing the fleet of BEST buses to improve public transportation and reducing road congestion by raising awareness of traffic rules. Thackeray also proposed stationing police officers on each street within his constituency as a proactive measure to improve traffic rule compliance.

The young leader outlined a comprehensive approach to urban management that includes an integrated traffic management system and initiatives to boost healthcare, enhance pedestrian pathways, and protect green spaces. His vision encompasses addressing Mumbai’s housing challenges and creating a sustainable city environment.
