The Border Security Force (BSF) recovered a China-made DJI MAVIC 3 Classic drone from a farming field near Kamirpura village in Amritsar district on Saturday, November 2. Acting on intelligence from the BSF, troops initiated a search operation around 5:50 p.m., which led to the discovery of the drone.
This recovery follows an earlier incident on November 1, when the BSF seized two drones along with 570 grams of heroin in the same district. These repeated drone recoveries near the border underscore ongoing security challenges, with authorities continuing vigilance against potential cross-border smuggling activities.
