The nation is all set to celebrate Independence Day. Together, we are moving forward as the only nation where diversity and pluralism prevails. “In a big country like ours, there is a need to completely reject divisive tendencies based on social hierarchy,” Menon said. India is a nation of great diversity. The very existence of our nation is based on the great concept of unity in diversity. May each one of us be able to take the nation to greater heights in the years to come based on this concept,” Dr Rajiv Menon said.
