My father was very strict, and I was always compliant, never saying ‘no’.” He added that he finds it difficult to express his emotions and rarely cries. “I’ve tried therapy,” he revealed, “but I struggle to open up emotionally, which makes it challenging for therapy to work for me.”

Without naming anyone, he mentioned, “I dated two very successful actresses, and that became my identity – a Casanova. I was labelled a cheater for a large part of my life and still am.” He referred to the criticism he faced following his relationships with Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif, noting the public’s perception after comments made by Deepika on “Koffee with Karan” and his visible tension with Katrina during the promotions of “Jagga Jasoos.”
